It's a surprise! Your prints will be chosen at random, packaged carefully, just like all our products are, and sent to you quickly. You're sure to be pleased with your mystery package when it arrives!
Each package contains 6 items, including four prints and two stickers or bookmarks of our choosing. These products are in perfect condition, they are not seconds and do not have any imperfections
IMPORTANT: Each bag comes with 6 random products, therefore it's not possible to know what will come in your bag.
All sales are final. By purchasing grab bags you agree to not resell any item that comes in it.
Orders and Shipping:
When can I expect my order?
Your order will be fulfilled in 1-4 business days. Shipping time is in addition to fulfillment time. I ship my orders from my studio in Texas, with the exception of a few items that are shipped directly from the printer. All orders are shipped USPS first class, unless you have purchased additional priority shipping.
At this time, I do ship to Canada, do not offer any other international shipping.
Cancellations and Changes:
If your order has not been shipped, I will accept cancellations or changes. However, if your package has already been shipped, I cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order. Please contact me immediately if you need assistance.
Order Errors
Something wrong with your order? Please let us know right away and we will make it right!
Returns
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days upon receiving your package. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. We cannot accept returns for customized or digital download items.
